SSDA is excited to announce its first-ever Executive Assistant Academy, October 24-25, 2019, at the Santa Cruz County Office of Education.
The Executive Assistant position is a difficult and rewarding position. The work continues to be more complex, time consuming and difficult. SSDA is here to provide you with a day and-a-half conference to help provide you with the latest information, valuable tips to organize your time, and strategies to improve your district image and student achievement.
At SSDA we know that the Executive Assistant and office team are so vital for the success of the school, student achievement and the community. Our agenda (see below) will be a very interactive summit of topics, ideas and solutions to make your job more efficient and enjoyable. You will hear from some of the top presenters, colleagues and educational leaders on a variety of topics.
Throughout the day and-a-half conference, SSDA will help answer your questions and obstacles you are facing. We will utilize our experts and our attendees to solve your biggest challenges. The core objective is to help you find ways to streamline your work, board meetings, staff issues and working better with your Superintendent and Governing Board.
We will focus on Technology, Branding/Communication, Legal and Human Resources issues, Create Supportive Networks, School Tragedies, Customer Service, and provide you with available free resources.
We are capped at 50 slots and this event will fill up quickly – make sure to register as soon as possible!
We look forward to seeing all of you in Santa Cruz!
