Robert A. Hartman School

Robert A. Hartman School provides for the education of Youth detained at Santa Cruz County Juvenile Hall. Named after a dedicated teacher, the school is open year round and employs a staff with extensive experience and training related to delinquent youth. The primary goal at Hartman is to promote positive peer relationships.

Directions

  • From the County Office of Education take Encinal Street to River Street
  • Turn right on River Street
  • Turn left onto Highway 1
  • At the Highway 17 interchange, take Ocean Street exit
  • Turn left on Graham Hill Road and proceed approximately 7 miles
  • The Robert A. Hartman School is located on the right at the Santa Cruz County Probation Center
